I think the ACC has a pair of title contenders already

At least in football. And obviously in every other sport.

The conference network is not for FOOTBALL! The network is for exposure in every sport BUT football. If ESPN loses he B1G and the Big 12 implodes, the SEC is not allowed on ABC and Fox has dibs on the Pac...WHO DO YOU THINK FILLS THOSE
SPOTS? The only commodity ESPN has left at that point is the ACC.

Is it just that Hokie fans are EXPECTING to be relegated to the ACCN for football? It's a chance for schools in a conference to show off the other programs. Maybe you don't care about other sports, but they are necessary and since they are non-revenue, we need an outlet to gain revenue and ESPN needs less talk, more sport. Simple as that.

The ACC is the most dominant conference from top-to-bottom and a conference network is a perfect marriage.
